Use YallaConvert only for content you own or have permission or a lawful right to process. This policy is part of the Terms of Use.
Prohibited uses
- Uploading or processing illegal, stolen, or unlawfully obtained content
- Uploading, creating, converting, or distributing malware or malicious files
- Uploading or converting content that infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights
- Using conversions or their outputs to violate copyright, including distributing infringing copies
- Removing or defeating watermarks, DRM, or other protections without authorization
- Fraud, phishing, or deceptive use of the tools
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, file-size limits, batch limits, AI credits, or other usage limits, including through multiple accounts or shared credentials
- Automated scraping of the AI tools, bulk abuse, or load attacks against the service
- Probing, attacking, or attempting to breach the service or its providers
Limits and AI tools
Respect the rate, file-size, batch, and usage limits that apply to your plan and the tool you use. Do not evade credit accounting or other limits. The limits are listed in the Fair Use Policy.
Do not submit content to, or use, the AI tools in ways that violate Anthropic's Usage Policy.
What we can act on
Browser conversion tools process files on your device. We never receive those files and cannot remove them from your device. AI tools send your text to Anthropic (Claude) for processing; we do not keep the text. The provider has its own data-retention policy.
We can act on accounts using our service and remove or restrict access to infringing material if it is hosted by us. A copyright report should identify the account or material concerned and explain its connection to YallaConvert.
Copyright notices and takedown (DMCA)
To report alleged copyright infringement, send a written notice to support@yallaconvert.com with the subject "Copyright notice". Include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list of works.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information to locate it, such as a URL; include any relevant account details you have.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If you believe material we removed or restricted was identified by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same email address with the subject "Copyright counter-notice". Identify the material and where it appeared before removal or restriction. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, physical or electronic signature, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or restricted because of mistake or misidentification.
Explain the action you dispute so we can review it. This process does not let us restore files on your device or remove text held by the AI provider.
Enforcement and repeat infringers
Violations may lead to warnings, restrictions, or account suspension or termination, depending on severity. Our repeat-infringer policy is to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Reporting abuse
To report other violations of this policy, email support@yallaconvert.com.
