Terms of Use

You must be at least 16, or the minimum age to consent to online services where you live, and legally able to enter this agreement. Accounts, and therefore the AI tools, are for people aged 18 or older; you confirm this when you sign up. The browser-based converters need no account. AI output is not legal, medical or financial advice.

You own your files and everything you create with them. For browser-based tools your files never reach us. For server-processed features (the AI tools) you grant us the limited permission needed to process the extracted text for you — nothing else. We keep no copy of the text; our AI provider processes it under the terms in the Privacy Policy.

Only process content you own or are authorized to use. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms — in short: no copyright infringement, no removing watermarks you don't control, no malware, no illegal content, no abuse of the service or its limits.

Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal — credential sharing to bypass plan limits isn't allowed. One free account per person: accounts that use the same email inbox share one free AI allowance; accounts on temporary email addresses, and new accounts created within 35 days of deleting an account on the same inbox that used free AI credits, do not receive free AI credits. These limits never block an account or a paid plan; they only affect free AI credits. If you think one applies to you by mistake, contact us and a person will review it. You can delete your account at any time from your Account page using “Delete account”, or by emailing support@yallaconvert.com.

Plus is coming soon at $10/month with 400 AI credits per month. Pro is coming soon at $15/month with 600 AI credits per month. Both plans have automatic renewal: monthly subscriptions renew every month and annual subscriptions renew every year until canceled, at the price shown at purchase unless we give notice of a change before renewal.

Paddle is our merchant of record and the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle handles payment and tax; its buyer terms also apply to the purchase. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country.

Cancel any time: go to Billing, then Manage billing to open the Paddle customer portal and cancel your subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the paid month or paid year. Cancellation stops future charges. We do not refund monthly or annual renewals for a change of mind; where the law gives a new withdrawal period on renewal, it applies. Statutory consumer rights always take precedence. Refunds, including the 14-day right of withdrawal from the first payment and the conditions for losing that right when you start using Pro, are covered by the Refund Policy.

Plans include limits (file size, batch size, and — when the AI tools launch — AI credits) shown on the pricing page. We may enforce reasonable technical limits to keep the service healthy; they may not be circumvented by automation or multiple accounts. Free AI use as a whole is capped at a share of our monthly AI budget: if it is reached, free AI credits pause until the next month. Paid plans are not affected.

Conversions are best-effort: complex documents may not preserve exact formatting, and browser-based compression cannot match dedicated server tools. AI outputs (summaries, rewrites, resume analysis, citation metadata extraction) can be incomplete or wrong — review them before relying on them; they are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. The resume tool provides compatibility analysis, not a guarantee of interviews or employment. Any PDF signature feature places a signature image — it is not a qualified or certified electronic signature. The citation formatter follows common style editions but you should verify against your required style guide.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or retire features; if a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, you may cancel and request a prorated refund for the unused time.

YallaConvert™ is an unregistered trademark of YallaConvert. The name, the logo and character mark, and the look and feel of this site are ours.

Everything we built to make the service work is our property and is protected by copyright: the source code and the algorithms in it, the user interface and its layout, the visual design system — colours, typography, spacing, iconography and illustration — the wording on this site, and the structure and selection of the tools. Nothing on this site transfers any of it to you.

You may use the service as it is offered. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or white-label it; reproduce the interface or visual design in another product; scrape the site to rebuild it; or reverse-engineer, decompile or repurpose the code beyond what your browser does to run it, except where the law says you may despite this clause.

Some of what runs here is third-party open-source software, used under its own licences, which those licences govern rather than this section. That does not affect our rights in the parts we wrote.

This section does not touch your files or your work — see Your files stay yours above. Converting a file with our tools gives us no claim over it or over what you produce with it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, attack the service, or abuse refunds/limits. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data loss where processing happened entirely on your device. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and rights of the country where you live.
