What do I get back?
A short summary, the key decisions, action items with their owners (and due dates when stated), and any open questions — all as clean bullet points ready to paste into an email or doc.
Is my transcript stored?
Not by us. It's sent over an encrypted connection for processing. Our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), may not train its models on it and deletes it within 30 days, unless it must keep it longer to enforce its usage policy or to comply with the law. We keep only safe usage metadata (operation type, input size, credits used, model name, token counts, and estimated cost) for quota and cost accounting. Token counts are numbers only; we never keep the prompt or output text.
Do I need a perfect transcript?
No. Rough notes or an auto-generated transcript work fine — it organises whatever you give it. Clearer input gives sharper minutes.
Do I need an account?
Yes. AI tools run through your account so usage and credits stay yours. Browser conversion tools remain free without one.
