Refund Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026 · Version 2.6
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds, when they apply, are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
Cancel anytime — no change-of-mind refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. Because you're free to cancel whenever you like, we don't offer refunds simply for changing your mind, forgetting to cancel, or no longer needing Pro. Cancelling stops future charges — it doesn't refund the current period, except where statutory rights apply.
Monthly plans are billed once a month. Annual plans are billed once a year; you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the paid year ends.
14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK, and some other countries, have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of the first payment. Pro is a digital service that starts at once. That right ends once you start using Pro after expressly asking us to begin and acknowledging that you lose the right to withdraw. Until you use Pro, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund.
When we do give a refund
We refund for genuine problems, including:
- Duplicate, unauthorized, or clearly erroneous charges — refunded in full.
- A technical failure on our side that stopped you using a paid feature, where we couldn't fix it promptly — we'll refund the affected period.
- A change to the service that materially reduces what your paid plan includes — you may cancel and request a prorated refund for the unused time.
Renewals
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge — you keep Pro until the current period ends. Monthly and annual renewals aren't refunded on a change-of-mind basis. Where the law gives a new withdrawal period on renewal, it applies.
How to cancel
Go to Billing, then Manage billing to open the Paddle customer portal and cancel your subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't end the period you already paid for.
Fair use of refunds
We may decline refund requests that show a pattern of abuse (for example repeatedly subscribing, using heavily, and requesting a refund).
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live — where local law gives you stronger rights (such as a statutory cooling-off period), those apply. Your statutory rights always take precedence over this policy, including its fair-use rules.
