Turn a meeting transcript into minutes
Paste the transcript your meeting app saved and get minutes you can send: what was decided, who does what, and by when.
- Needs a free account
- Text is processed by Anthropic (Claude)
- Encrypted in transit
What you get
- A summary of two or three sentences, and the key decisions.
- Action items in a table of owner, task and due date, filled in only where the transcript says so.
- Copy actions for a quick paste into chat or email, or download them as a CSV for a spreadsheet or task tracker.
- The open questions and follow-ups that were raised but not settled.
Works best with
- Transcripts copied from Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, or saved as .txt, .docx or .pdf. Subtitle files such as .vtt are not accepted; open them and paste the text.
- This tool works from text. It does not record or transcribe audio or video.
- Speaker names matter: an owner can only be assigned when the transcript shows who said what.
- Rough notes work too; the minutes are as complete as what you give them.

Frequently asked questions
Can I upload a recording?
No. The tool turns a transcript or notes into minutes; it does not transcribe audio or video. Most meeting apps can save a transcript you can paste in.
Will it invent owners or deadlines?
It is instructed to use only what the transcript says, so an action with no stated owner or date is left without one. Read the minutes before you send them; AI can still make mistakes.
Does it work for meetings held in other languages?
Yes. The minutes are written in the language of the transcript, so a meeting held in French gets French minutes. For minutes in another language, run the result through the AI Translator.
What happens to the transcript?
It is sent over an encrypted connection to Anthropic (Claude) to write the minutes and is not stored by us. Remove anything confidential that the minutes do not need before you run it.
